  The staff were lovely, friendly and we couldn’t fault them at all!! However our room was filthy, it was like someone had already slept in the beds already hair, makeup and food was found in beds, the bathroom had hair clippings on the floor. We were moved to another room, we inspected it and it wasn’t very clean either the floors didn’t look to have been vacuumed, paper on the bathroom sink and chewys on the floor!! But the thing that really got me was there was a receipt from the 5/9/17 on the floor next the bed!!!! We will never be staying there again as be have small children (3 & 1) and cleanliness is our first priority. Also zero water pressure

  Stayed overnight in the family room with our 3 teenagers. Kids loved the free wifi and the room met all our needs. It's not flashy but clean and comfortable. Steph at reception was really helpful and friendly.

  The room and restaurant were better than I expected from the outside look of the place. I would recommend anyone seeking accommodation in Port Augusta to consider this hotel.
