  Sorry, but this reflects poor training and mentoring of your new staff. This not a matter of attention to detail....it is basic housekeeping and a matter of hygiene...quite revolting to expect guests to sleep in a filthy bed!

  Overall it's a good place to stay for a break in your journey. Gripes towels are small, the WiFi is very slow and the Foxtel channels are pretty average.

  Have stayed here more than 25 times and have considered it to be generally fine on all previous stays. This stay the bed linen had not been changed. The quilt, sheets and pillow cases were badly stained and there was debris in the actual bed. I discovered this after 10pm.

  Nice size rooms, great location, medium large fridge. Very small cooking area would not be good for more then 2 people, even then limited compared to normal appartment kitchens.
