    This place was fantastic! We pulled up, out of the blue, with a troubled VW 4WD that we had hired from Britz. Despite being busy the man in charge (sadly but we did not get his name) immediately diagnosed severe problems that would need extensive repairs. We were devastated as we had our trip planned and we had no idea how to proceed. He was fabulous by calling and discussing the issues with the hire company - he went well above the call of duty by organising the dispatch of a new vehicle for us and advised on the practical aspects of that delivery.
